Disposition versions
61. Despite section 59, for the purposes of subdivision 2 of Division III of Chapter V of this Regulation, the conditions for the maintenance, verification and calibration of the measurement instruments used by a promoter whose project is deemed to be a project eligible for the issuance of offset credits under that section are the conditions set out in section 7.3 of Part I of Protocol 2 in Appendix D to the Regulation respecting a cap-and-trade system for greenhouse gas emission allowances (chapter Q-2, r. 46.1) as it read on 14 July 2021 until the end of the reporting period during which this Regulation comes into force.
